1. High sensitivity, small control power, good electromagnetic compatibility: solid state relay has a wide input voltage range, low drive power, and can be compatible with most logic integrated circuits without buffer or driver.


2. Fast conversion: solid-state relays use solid devices, so the switching speed can be from a few milliseconds to a few microseconds.


3. Small electromagnetic interference: solid state relay has no input "coil", no contact ignition arc and bounce, thus reducing electromagnetic interference. Most AC output solid state relays are a zero voltage switch that is switched on at zero voltage and off at zero current, reducing the sudden interruption of the current waveform and thus reducing the switching transient effect.
