Yueqing Sanshe semiconductor module refers to thyristor and rectififier diode modules. It can be divided into insulating type and noninsulating type depending on whether the bottom plate is electrode (commonly known as charged or non-charged bottom plate), and also can be sorted into single-core module, double-core module, triple-core module or quadruple-core,quintuple-core, sextuple-core modules(they are mainly single-phase or three-phase rectifier bridge modules).ln addition, according to the type ofifinner cores, it can be classifified into thyristor module, rectififier diode module and rectififier diode / thyristor mixed module. Because the thyristor and rectifier diode can be formed into different connections, the module is various in variety-and specifification.
