Capsule Type Common Thyristor Module
This product adopts full digital phase-shift trigger integrated circuit to realize the integration of control circuit and thyristor main circuit, so that the module has the function of weak current control and strong current power regulation.
1. Adopt imported square chip, the module voltage drop is small, low power consumption, high efficiency; Adopt imported patch components to ensure the reliability of trigger control circuit; (DCB) ceramic copper-clad plate, good thermal conductivity, thermal cycle load times are nearly 10 times higher than the national standard; Adopt advanced thermal insulation packaging material, good insulation and moisture-proof performance.
2. Trigger control circuit, main circuit and heat conduction bottom plate are isolated from each other, heat conduction bottom plate is not charged, insulation strength ≥2500V (RMS), to ensure personal safety.
3. The output symmetry of three-phase AC module is good, and the DC component is small. Large size module has the function of overheating, overcurrent and phase loss protection.
4. Input 0 ~ 10V DC control signal or 0 ~ 5V DC control signal, 4 ~ 20mA instrument signal, can realize the smooth adjustment of the main circuit output voltage; Can be manual, instrument or microcomputer control.
5. Suitable for resistive and inductive load.
